There Is No Such Thing As Writers Block

Your next release is not going to be perfect!

I have too many meetings with artists letting me know why their next release is held up. Instead of chasing perfection we should all be chasing completion. It is in completing tasks that we find the rewards and gain the knowledge that helps us grow and improve.

It is not cool for you to sit on 30 tracks never releasing them. You are literally stopping yourself from ever finding out if your music is actually good or not. I understand that is everyones fear, that the public will hear it and they’ll judge it. But having it judged is ultimately better then never having it judged at all.
